For the past couple of days/weeks/months I’ve noticed that my anxiety has been way more intense than usual. You’re probably wondering what I mean by “usual,” and to me that means I still get anxiety, but I’m able to push past it and do what I need to do.

Lately, this hasn’t been the case. I’ve noticed that the anxiety is mainly work related. I know office drama is a part of every organization, but to me it can be overwhelming when coworkers come to me about a certain subject and now I’m involved in every step of the way.

Maybe  I’m just over-analyzing everything.
