Hi guys, I know I’ve been inconsistent with posting this month, it seems like one thing after another keeps happening and I’m struggling to keep up with things. I had a medical incident earlier in the month, and now a family member is going through a mental health crisis. It seems like I take one step forward and three steps back.
I’m currently reading The Body Keeps the Score and I’m thinking of either doing a book review when I’m done, or possibly going through each chapter and posting it. I haven’t decided, maybe I’ll play rock, paper, scissors and make a decision based off that.
That book helped me so much! Keep moving forward:)
