My Phone Caught Fire, and Other Mishaps (Working Title of My Memoir)

It’s halfway through February and I couldn’t be anymore happier. I thought last year was a train wreck, and 2021 is shaping up to be just as ridiculous. In one of my previous posts I mentioned that it felt like one thing after another was happening, and it didn’t stop at the mental health crisis. This week my phone caught on fire right before work, I had to call in a welfare check on a client (terrible idea), and apparently every place in town is out of matcha. I know, first world problems right? I was feeling very down for most of the week, and then remembered I shouldn’t take myself or life too seriously. I tend to let my negative thoughts take over (I think I mentioned this before, can’t remember) but I was able to pull my head out of my ass. So hopefully after this week, I’ll be able to start posting consistently again. Is anyone else having an interesting start to the new year?
